Standard Orders
At Modernshade, we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner.
Standard orders are processed within the same working days you place your order. It takes about 1-7 business days to deliver your order, excluding weekends and holidays.
We currently ship standard ground delivery to the contiguous United States. Goods are shipped via Fedex.
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 10 days of purchase. To initiate a return please email support@modernshade.org with your name, order number and item you wish to return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and will not be reimbursed.
All returned items must be in the original packaging, undamaged, unused and in good condition. If the product has signs of damage or use, a 25% fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Please remove all original shipping labels from the box and include the original packing list with your return.
Our return policy does not apply to any products purchased through authorized retailers. Please contact them directly to initiate the return process.

All orders are processed for shipment on the same day we receive them.
However, once the shipping instruction is passed to the warehouse, it typically takes 1-2 days for the warehouse to process the order. If it falls on a weekend, the processing time will be extended accordingly.
Q4: Can I purchase any of the gazebo's components, such as the pole, hooks, or curtains?
Yes, you can purchase individual gazebo components, such as poles, hooks, or curtains.
If the product is still under warranty, we can provide the necessary parts free of charge. If not, you can purchase them separately by providing us with the product name, product code, part code, and the corresponding letter for the component.
Q5: Do you participate in holiday sales such as the 12.12 sale or Black Friday?
We do not participate in the 12.12 sale, but we do participate in Black Friday sales.
Q6: How many days will it typically take for an item to become available again if it is out of stock?
We usually try to avoid this situation. However, in cases where there is a sudden surge in demand, products might go out of stock. Typically, restocking takes about 1-2 weeks, but in special circumstances, it may take up to one month.
Q7: Is there a restocking fee for returns?
Yes, we apply a 15% restocking fee. This is due to the substantial size and weight of gazebos and furniture, which makes shipping them back and forth quite costly. While we strive for your complete satisfaction, we encourage you to ensure the product meets your needs before making a purchase.

Yes, the expansion bolts are included in the package. For best results, we recommend using a 3/8 inch drill bit during installation to ensure a proper fit.
