We currently ship standard ground delivery to the contiguous United States. Goods are shipped via Fedex.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 10 days of purchase. To initiate a return please email support@modernshade.org with your name, order number and item you wish to return. If an order is canceled after it has already been shipped and is in transit, a 4.5% service fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers payment processing and order handling costs that are non-refundable once the shipment has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and will not be reimbursed. Once an order has been delivered, all costs associated with returning the item will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
All returned items must be in the original packaging, undamaged, unused and in good condition. If the product has signs of damage or use, a 25% fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Please remove all original shipping labels from the box and include the original packing list with your return.
