Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 10 days of purchase. To initiate a return please email support@modernshade.org with your name, order number and item you wish to return.

1. Customers are responsible for return shipping and will not be reimbursed.
2. All returned items must be in the original packaging, undamaged, unused and in good condition. If the product has signs of damage or use, a 25% fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
3. Please remove all original shipping labels from the box and include the original packing list with your return.
4. Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed by a Customer Service representative. It can take an additional 5 to10 business days for credit to appear on your statement depending on the financial institution.
