Yes, you can purchase individual gazebo components, such as poles, hooks, or curtains.
If the product is still under warranty, we can provide the necessary parts free of charge. If not, you can purchase them separately by providing us with the product name, product code, part code, and the corresponding letter for the component.

Yes, we apply a 15% restocking fee. This is due to the substantial size and weight of gazebos and furniture, which makes shipping them back and forth quite costly. While we strive for your complete satisfaction, we encourage you to ensure the product meets your needs before making a purchase.
