Pedidos estándar

En Modernshade, nos esforzamos por entregar su pedido de manera oportuna.

Los pedidos estándar se procesan durante los mismos días hábiles en que realiza su pedido. La entrega de su pedido tarda aproximadamente 1-7 días hábiles, sin contar los fines de semana ni los días festivos.
Actualmente realizamos envíos terrestres estándar a los Estados Unidos contiguos. Los productos se envían mediante Fedex.

Política de devoluciones

Queremos que le encante su compra, pero si no está completamente satisfecho, aceptaremos gustosamente su devolución dentro de los 10 días posteriores a la compra. Para iniciar una devolución, envíe un correo electrónico a support@modernshade.org con su nombre, número de pedido y el artículo que desea devolver. Si se cancela un pedido después de haber sido enviado y mientras está en tránsito, se deducirá una tarifa de servicio del 4,5 % del importe del reembolso. Esta tarifa cubre los costos de procesamiento del pago y gestión del pedido, que no son reembolsables una vez que el envío ha sido despachado.
